If somebody wants to use my photos, she/he is welcome to do so. All I am asking for is to give me credit. Point of clarification: “Buntbarsch” is the German word for “Cichlid”. Acknowledgements There are two people that made it possible for me to have this website: Annette Buchkowski and Kevin Omura. References A good way to learn about our hobby is reading the books written by people that have dedicated their professional lives to study the fishes we love so much. I truly believe that we take on a responsibility when we buy these animals and that we need to do whatever we can to understand their needs. The more you learn about the animals in your care, the better it is for them and yourself.
